Great service. Friendly staff.
Perfect directions.
Food is good, not great. Service is marginal. Folks are pleasant but understaffed. Ate 3 meals at hotel (convenient ) service has been consistently poor. Asked manager to contact me yesterday but no response. The "make it right" promise is not making it right.
Fine for Hotel food. Nice service. Convenient.
Great atmosphere, service, and food
Kind of pricey. Food is very good. My brother got up from the table to see when the pool closed and 4 employees showed up and grabbed the check quickly. Come on y'all.
Good food. Very patient service
Good food, a little bit pricey but that's to be expected of the area.
Dinner was ok. We had calamari & Cobb salad. The calamari was a bit too oily on the batter.
Ahi Katsu was amazing and flavorful. They have a good selection of beer on tap.
Great friendly service
Slow service, good drink but a little pricey
The barkeeper remembered our regular order from two months back! We love their clamchowder!
Wanted a dark chocolate cheesecake, was very disappointed. Was not dark chocolatr at all. Also thought it was very expensive.
Pricey for what you get. I had halibut fish and chips. In a seaport city, one would think a cheaper seafood option. Lesson learned, don't eat in a hotel restaurant if looking for less expensive. The halibut was cooked to perfection and hot as hell when it arrived. Major plus.
Great food and atmosphere.
Comfortable but food and drinks are pricey and they could have better options including healthier food and better wines, esp. more local ones.
Breakfast buffet is okay but overpriced.
Went with family, mother ordered chicken, white bean and feta soup. There were a total of two beans and 2 crumbs of feta, and when asked if it was the right dish, the server told my mom to stir it up and pointed out the only bean she saw to her. None of the vegetables on any dish were cooked and the food tastes like it came from a can or a box.
A lounge for the traveling and business-type. Popular music overheard that couples with talking and laughing patrons.Medium size list of craft beers on tap and from the bottle. Its not often I find Kona Brewing on tap, Hanalei POG IPA.Cheers!
Good place to spend time with friends when you're staying near the airport.
Service great during very crowded convention. Food mediocre and over-priced.
the menu has a lot of tasty options.we lucked out and got a quiet corner during a busy time, so the ambiance was relaxing and nice. quality food with reasonable portion sizes, helpful staff (even when they're slammed). it is a bit more expensive than what's in the immediate vicinity... which is mostly fast food but if you've got a chunk of time between panels it's a treat.
Good down home pub style, food great for me lots of beer to choose from. Cant go wrong at this place.
Best Clam chowder today
TrafficFound Power outlets and completed my work while sipping a Tito's/RedBull and watching sports on the Big Screen, does not get better than that, wait ...could have spent that hour in the car , in traffic....NOT
Go with the rigatoni. It is inspired.
Over priced, for a Doubletree , food not that good, especially with so many other places nearby
Nice place near seatac to get a drink and food.
I wouldn't bother coming here if I wasn't staying in the hotel here.
The halibut and chip was great!
Don't get the nachos. I know, I know.. how do you screw up nachos? Canned cheese over a small hand full stale chips for $12 - that's how you screw up nachos. There's a Taco Bell across the street if you want terrible "Mexican" food..
The food was decent but very overpriced, a nice place.
Shortrib and fries were great, carrot cake was also tender and well done. Service got better as the dinner crowd thinned.
Understaffed. Came here for a seminar and they were not prepared. We were the first people in the restaurant and eventually had to flag a server down to orde after 20 minutes. Then we waited for 45 minutes for our food to arrive. The bread was like a brick to top it off. Not impressed.
Surprising good! I had the clam for starter and the Halibut for main, both were taste excellent and well present. By the time I finished I feel satisfy. Kudos to the chef/s. The only recommendation I'll suggest is some desserts with fresh fruits that being the summer. All in all, I had a wonderful dining experience. Thank you to the wait staff and the manager Carrie.
Nice atmosphere and great, friendly service. Thank you, Jill M. for great service. The clam chowder was absolutely 'Da Bomb' and was so tasty and filling that I was unable to order anything else. Well, I did ask for some bread, so that probably didn't help matters, if you catch my drift.Oh, and the bread was fantastic too! Yum!My plan was to try the fish & chips which looked and sounded good, but maybe next time.
Tiny, watery cocktails.
The burger and fries were great! And our server was and attentive.
Great atmosphere, good drinks, a fair tap selection, and food available. The service is a little hit and miss. If you are staying at the Sea-Tac Double Tree this is a fine place to get a few drinks and a bite to eat without needing to leave the hotel.
Smooth clam chowder and the absolute best short ribs I've ever had. No bone juicy meat. Falling apart as you eat it. Lori was the nicest server and was ahead of the service game. Love the whole experience.
The atmosphere was decent and the staff friendly. I didn't appreciate the food. The fish was okay, the fries were cold and stale even after a fresh batch. More than twice what it should have cost for the quality received.
Wonderful restaurant. Great service.
Ok food, expensive and slow service. From sitting to getting our check it took 1:25 min. Way too long especially if you are at a conference in the hotel. 16 bucks for a small chicken sandwich and handful of fries? No thanks.
Screwed up three orders of soup and the cheese curds on the poutin were not done enough while the fries were overdone. Take two, tried it again...not worth it again. Asked for Mac n cheese without the salmon...guess what, there was salmon. And they screwed up the soup again...again...overpriced cuz it's a Hilton and under par cuz they want the quick money.
Seriously, no customer service. There is a freaking my little pony convention at the hotel where this bar is. My daughter comes over to ask for money to buy another plush animal and one of the night waitress yells at me for my kid being with me by the bar. Yells. Such a lost opportunity to earn a return customer. So sad. Oh and don't eat here. Food is really just blah, do room service, it's much better and nobody treats you like a 9 year old.
